In unserer Manufaktur formen wir die Motive von Hand aus Marzipan und verzieren diese mit Kuvertüre, Zuckerguss & Co. Unsere Marzipan-Künstler arbeiten auf Hochtouren und veredeln unser hochwertiges Marzipan. So entsteht auch der Marzipan-Smiley. Zuerst wird er mit Schokolade überzogen und danach verzieren wir ihn auf sprichwörtlich zuckersüße Weise.
