Our Marc de Champagne cream truffles are among the most sought-after chocolates from our Leysieffer manufactory. The creamy ganache is refined with Marc de Champagne and then coated in white chocolate, which adds a very light vanilla note. Marc de Champagne is a grape marc spirit which, like champagne, is only made from Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier grapes in the French Champagne region. The popular Leysieffer sugar crust provides the "crowning" finish. The Marc de Champagne cream truffles are the creamiest "piece de resistance" you will ever come across.
