Our "Rote Grütze" Fruitspread is fruitier and possibly fresher than any other marmalade or jam you've ever tasted. Carefully selected fruits are cooked in small quantities over an open fire in a copper cauldron. Each glass is filled immediately after boiling and shipped immediately. This makes our jams and marmalades taste like homemade.
