SHIPPING & TERMS OF PAYMENT

If you would like to pay by credit card, please select the payment option “Credit card”. In the PayPal pop-up window that opens, select the option “Pay by credit card without registration” instead of “Login”.

Payment by invoice is made via the payment processing provider PayPal. If you choose payment on account, we will send you an order confirmation. In the order confirmation you will find the amount to be paid. Please note: You must send the invoice amount to PayPal, not to Leysieffer. You will receive a payment request including invoice details by email from PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account to pay by invoice.

Select the option “Paypal/Credit card”. In the window that opens, you can use the means of payment stored in your PayPal account after logging in.

We ship to Germany. In addition to the indicated product prices, we charge shipping costs for delivery. The shipping costs are clearly communicated to you on this page, in the shopping cart system and on the order page. Please note that we no longer have any influence on the delivery once the shipment has been handed over to the shipping company. Please keep an eye on your order with the tracking number we send you. Shipping fees are always charged once per order. This also applies if, in exceptional cases, your order is sent in several parcels.

Orders placed Monday - Thursday, delivery in 2-5 working days 

Orders placed on Thursday after 10:00 a.m., handover to the parcel service on the following Monday. 

Orders are only shipped on Fridays in exceptional cases (e.g. at Christmas time). 

On Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays there is generally no shipping.

Delivery of orders to private customers is generally possible from Monday to Saturday. Delivery to corporate customers is only possible from Monday to Friday.

The parcel service provider DPD delivers your goods. All deliveries can be tracked by you via the tracking number, which you will receive in your shipping confirmation. 

 The shipping costs differ as follows: 

Shopping cart value up to €39.99: 4.50 € flat rate shipping costs 

Shopping cart value from 40,00 €: 0 € free shipping 

If the outside temperature is 20°C or higher, we will send your goods in cooled condition. In warmer temperatures, please ensure that your delivery can be accepted directly by you. Our cooling devices last approx. 2-3 days. We are not liable for goods that melt/are damaged due to longer waiting times on your part. If the outside temperature is 30°C or more during the summer months, we reserve the right to temporarily stop deliveries. Orders will be delivered at the next possible date. However, if you wish to ship at your own risk, we cannot accept any liability for any heat damage caused by an outside temperature of 30°C or more. Returns and refunds are then excluded.
