The finest chocolate truffle assortment
Our truffle dream consists of a hand-picked selection of Leysieffer truffles. Our truffles are filled with delicate ganache fillings, refined with spices, natural flavour extracts (such as dried berries) or fine liqueurs. The truffle mixture is piped on a firm base in small portions and then dipped into pre-tempered couverture of milk, dark or white chocolate with a truffle fork. When the couverture has dripped off, we roll it - depending on the type of truffle - in sugar, powdered sugar or cocoa powder and let it harden.
