In our Les Rêveries noires rum cream truffles meets a high-proof brandy a high cocoa content. The strong flavor of our truffles comes from their coating of very dark chocolate with a cocoa content of 85%. This praline finds its lovers amongst those who crave an intense and boozy flavor.
