Our vintage chocolate 70% with ginger has a particularly powerful taste. The high-proof chocolate and the spicy, slightly lemony ginger note complement each other perfectly. Our vintage chocolates consist of the best cocoa beans and pure cocoa butter. In this case, the chocolate was also refined with ginger. Because of the high cocoa content the chocolate continues to mature over time and develop even more aroma and taste which we have complemented here with a hint of ginger. Just like a great wine, it becomes more precious when kept under optimum conditions. Store it dark at a constant temperature and protect it from air.
