Description

This cake named "Baumkuchen" predominantly consists of butter, eggs, sugar, vanilla, salt and flour, enhanced with a shot of Cointreau. The Baumkuchen batter is carefully applied in thin layers onto a roller that is slowly turned over an open gas flame. Our Baumkuchen is made in a traditional way and is the master discipline of the confectionery trade.
