Description

In our manufactory we shape the motifs by hand from marzipan and decorate them with couverture, icing & Co. Our marzipan artists work at full speed and refine our high-quality marzipan. This is how the marzipan heart is created. First it is covered with chocolate and then we decorate it.

Drinking Chocolate

Our drinking chocolate consist of the finest Leysieffer chocolate with a high cocoa content of 85%. Simply add 2 teaspoons into one cup (approx. 8 ounce.) of hot milk (approx. 158°F) and keep stirring the milk until the chocolate has completely melted. If you really want to spoil yourself, you can add a shot of fresh cream.
