Our Meeresrauschen Pinot Gris is a very versatile wine and a well-suited companion to many dishes and many events. With its nuanced fragrances resembling ripe and juicy apples, pears and quinces, it flushes the palate with a silky touch accompanied by subtle minerality and gentle acidity. It’s the perfect food companion for fish dishes, white meat and delicate vegetables. The Meeresrauschen Pinot Gris was pressed in friendship with Kiefer Winery from Baden. Pressed in friendship? Leysieffer wines are bottled only by selected family wineries that, like us, value craftsmanship and regionality. This is how first-class, yet down-to-earth wines are created.

Milk Chocolate "Les Extra fins"

For the production of our "Les Extra Fins", the extremely fine chocolate bars, more is needed than carefully selected cocoa beans, namely time and patience. The beans are roasted really slowly and the conching of the cocoa mass takes several days. However, after you have tasted this milk chocolate bar with 40% cocoa content, you will understand why we devote so much time and attention to this product. Because it deserves it!
