Description

This fruit spread tastes particularly intense of strawberry and a hint of chili, because our fruit spreads taste particularly fruity due to the fact that they contain more than 50% fruit. And so that they work particularly well, they are traditionally cooked on an open flame in a copper kettle.

Drinking Chocolate

Our drinking chocolate consist of the finest Leysieffer chocolate with a high cocoa content of 85%. Simply add 2 teaspoons into one cup (approx. 8 ounce.) of hot milk (approx. 158°F) and keep stirring the milk until the chocolate has completely melted. If you really want to spoil yourself, you can add a shot of fresh cream.

Marzipan-Heart with a red Heart

In our manufactory we shape the motifs by hand from marzipan and decorate them with couverture, icing & Co. Our marzipan artists work at full speed and refine our high-quality marzipan. This is how the marzipan heart is created. First it is covered with chocolate and then we decorate it.
