Now a piece of delicious summer chocolate in the flavor mango passion fruit or a delicious Himmlische praline - that would be nice! But unfortunately you don't have any of our branches nearby? That's not a problem, because our online shop is there for you even when the sun is shining and summer temperatures are high and there is no reason not to go without the chocolaty, hand-made delicacies from our manufactory.

Our quality promise to you

Our claim is that our products are always fresh and of the best quality. In order to be able to guarantee our promise of quality to you in summer too, we include cool packs in our packages when the outside temperature exceeds 20 degrees. We use the temperature in Osnabrück as a reference value, as we ship your package directly from our chocolate factory in Osnabrück.

And best of all: our refrigerated shipping is free and environmentally friendly: our cool packs are made of 100% water and contain no chemicals. The pellets in our boxes are made from 100% corn starch and are therefore biodegradable.

In warmer temperatures, please make sure that your delivery can be accepted directly from you. Our cool packs last about 2-3 days. We are not liable for goods that melt/damage due to longer waiting times on your part.

Delivery stop from 30 degrees outside temperature

If the outside temperature is 30 degrees or more in the summer months, we reserve the right to temporarily stop delivery. The orders will be delivered as soon as possible. A desired delivery date is not available at this time. If you still wish to ship at your own risk, we cannot assume any liability for any heat damage from an outside temperature of 30 degrees. A return and refund are then excluded.
