European League of Football presents ADLER Mode as main sponsor and adds Leysieffer to sponsorship portfolio

After the entrepreneurial group ZEITFRACHT has already been presented as main partner until 2024, the brands ADLER Mode and Leysieffer will be integrated as sponsors into the portfolio of the European League of Football. ADLER Mode will simultaneously become the main sponsor of the best American Football League in Europe.

ZEITFRACHT is a third-generation family-owned company with headquarters near Berlin and about 6000 employees. The company has not only closely followed the first steps of the European League of Football, since 2022 the group has been a shareholder in the 2021 champion Frankfurt Galaxy and supports the franchise with Adler Mode, Speedlink and Leysieffer, all brands of the ZEITFRACHT Group.

A newcomer for the European League of Football in 2023 is the ADLER fashion store chain from the ZEITFRACHT Group, which operates more than 130 fashion stores with large sales areas in Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Luxembourg. Mostly its own products have been offered there since 1948, but also popular third-party brands.

"Football is the sport that is becoming increasingly important in Germany. As a franchisor, the European League of Football is instrumental in making football known and popular in Europe. Joining the European League of Football as one of its main partners with our brands rounds off our commitment to football. As the ZEITFRACHT Group, we are very happy to be able to accompany the development of this sport in Europe from the very beginning. We have certainly caught fire for this great sport," said Martin Bader, Sports Director at ZEITFRACHT, on the Group's entry as a partner in the European League of Football.

Also on board is the Leysieffer manufacture. They have stood for high-quality confectionery products since 1909 and sell them in six of its own stores and bistros at airports throughout Germany. Both brands bring tradition from the retail and sales industry to the young sports league.

This June, the European League of Football will enter its third season. Then 17 teams from nine nations will compete. After Berlin Thunder, Hamburg Sea Devils, Frankfurt Galaxy, Cologne Centurios, Leipzig Kings, Rhein Fire and Stuttgart Surge (all Germany), Vienna Vikings and Raiders Tirol (both Austria), Barcelona Dragons (Spain) and Panthers Wroclaw (Poland), six newcomers are at the start: Munich Ravens (Germany), Milano Seamen (Italy), Helvetic Guardians (Switzerland), Fehérvár Enthroners (Hungary) as well as teams from Paris (France) and Prague (Czech Republic).
