The highlight of this semi-sweet chocolate is the delicious flavor of the Macadamia nut: mild, a little sweet and with a hint of vanilla. United with our dark Leysieffer chocolate, the queen of nuts has found a perfect partner. There is a good reason for it being named the Supremo of all nuts: The cultivation of the Australian Macadamia nut trees requires a lot of effort and patience and their processing is elaborate. The shell, for example is too hard for a typical nutcracker.

Simply add 2 teaspoons into one cup (approx. 8 ounce.) of hot milk (approx. 158°F) and keep stirring the milk until the chocolate has completely melted.
