Some of the most treasured pralines from the Leysieffer Manufaktur are the cream truffles with Marc de Champagne. We use the finest drops to enhance the creamy ganache filling before we coat it with white chocolate containing hints of vanilla. The truffle is finally "crowned" with shiny crystal sugar. A real "jewel" from the Leysieffer company - our customers know what is good. This grape marc is produced in exactly the same way as the finest Champagne and is exclusively made from grapes of the varieties Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier grown in the French Champagne region.
