In der französischen Champagne wird aus den Trauben Chardonnay, Pinot Noir und Pinot Meunier der Tresterbrand Marc de Champagne gewonnen. Bei uns angekommen, wird daraus durch Zugabe weißer Schokolade eine zart-schmelzende Ganache mit feiner Vanille-Note kreiert.
