Fine caramel bonbons and pralines
For our Leysieffer caramel, we heat sugar and water until the sugar melts and caramelises. During the heating process, a pleasant toasted aroma and the typical golden brown color of caramel is created. Before the caramel is further processed, we refine the caramel mixture with creamy butter from Brittany. This gives our caramel a full-bodied taste and makes it soft enough to be further processed into our beloved caramel truffles, caramels or caramel chocolate.
