After roasting, we fill the pistachios in our chocolate molds and pour them with the wonderfully semi-sweet chocolate. The pistachios in our chocolate are roasted by the way in Osnabrück in our Leysieffer manufactory In the Leysieffer manufactory in Osnabrück, traditional craftsmanship and exquisite ingredients have top priority. Here, pralines and truffles are made and garnished by hand by experienced chocolatiers. From the recipe to the finished delicacy, every step is carried out with attention to detail and care. This is the only way we can create a special kind of pleasure experience.
