Our chocolatiers have succeeded in combining the semi-sweet Leysieffer chocolate with the spicy, slightly lemony ginger note. Tastes couldn't be more different, but they complemented each other well right away and are now inseparable. Opposites attract each other. In the Leysieffer manufactory in Osnabrück, traditional craftsmanship and exquisite ingredients have top priority. Here, pralines and truffles are made and garnished by hand by experienced chocolatiers. From the recipe to the finished delicacy, every step is carried out with attention to detail and care. This is the only way we can create a special kind of pleasure experience.

Lecker, einfach nur lecker

Ich hatte zwar eine andere, die hieß "Jahrgangsschokolade Ingwer", die gibt es jedoch hier im Shop nicht mehr, somit kann man sie auch nicht bewerten. Da es aber ebenfalls eine dunkle Schokolade war - ich sehe hier überhaupt keinen Unterschied außer im Preis :-( - nehme ich an, die hier genauso gut. Die Jahrgangsschokolade jedenfalls war toll, eine sehr angenehme Ingwer-Note, die nicht künstlich schmeckt, wie es bei Ingwerprodukten häufig der Fall ist. Besonders gut zu einem sehr guten Whisky oder einem alten Portwein; etwas, das man mehr genießt als wegnascht.
