Our dark chocolate bar delivers a pure cocoa taste. Made without foreign fats and with a cocoa content of at least 56%, this chocolate develops an original and authentic aroma. The linchpin for the taste is the quality of the cocoa bean. The higher its quality, the milder it tastes and the less acid and bitter the aroma. This mild and natural chocolate note is characteristic of our dark chocolate bar, which incidentally is one of our top selling chocolate bars at Leysieffer. In the Leysieffer manufactory in Osnabrück, traditional craftsmanship and exquisite ingredients have top priority. Here, pralines and truffles are made and garnished by hand by experienced chocolatiers. From the recipe to the finished delicacy, every step is carried out with attention to detail and care. This is the only way we can create a special kind of pleasure experience.
