Black tea - leaves of the Camellia Sinesis plant, dried and fermented to allow a deep, rich taste to develop. Cinnamon - Obtained from the inner bark of various species of trees in the genus Cinnamomum. Cardamom - Sometimes cardamom or cardamum. A spice obtained from the seeds of several plants belonging to the genera Elettaria and Amomum from the Zingiberaceae family. Cloves - the aromatic flower buds of a tree in the Myrtaceae family, Syzygium aromaticum. They are native to the Maluku Islands in Indonesia and are widely used as a spice.
